ATLANTA -- Over the next few weeks, you'll be hearing from all sorts of politicians and advocates about how you should or shouldn't vote on the upcoming transportation referendum. The vote happens on July 31st, and early voting has already started.

Proponents of the tax say we're already paying hundreds of dollars every year in lost time and gas money by sitting in traffic. Opponents say the list is bloated with pet local projects that won't help the larger economy.
