ATLANTA -- Fulton County's Election Board is launching an investigation into voting problems on Election Day.
The board met Monday to certify election results. Members acknowledged getting complaints from voters, and even the candidates themselves, about problems at the polls and concerns about how the votes were calculated.
One of the races in question the was the sheriff's race.
Richard Lankford lost to Sheriff Ted Jackson in the Democratic Primary but was less than one percent away from a runoff.
Because of the slim margin, he was granted an automatic recount, which began Wednesday morning.
