CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -- A man believed to have played a role in the murder of State Representative Joe Heckstall's great-nephew has surrendered to police.

Divonte Lester turned himself in at the Clayton County Police Department on Monday night.
Lester is being charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless conduct and tampering with evidence.
He is being held at the Clayton County Jail without bond.
