A rendering of the Atlanta Streetcar stop at the Sweet Auburn Curb Market in downtown Atlanta
ATLANTA - This week, city officials unveiled an artist's rendition of what the Sweet Auburn Curb Market stop on the now-under construction streetcar line.
Officials shared several renderings last Wednesday including the drawing here. The Sweet Auburn Curb Market station, according to officials, will be the only stop with a station in the median of the roadway.
Construction began earlier this year in downtown Atlanta. The streetcar is expected to begin carrying passengers in 2013.
