CUMMING, Ga. -- Local police officers will be serving customers at a few Red Robin Gourmet Burgers locations, and giving the tips they earn to Special Olympics Georgia on Saturday, October 13.
The fundraiser is part of "Tip-A-Cop" events, which spreads across the country. In total, 380 Red Robin restaurants in 39 states will be participating on Saturday.
"Red Robin launched the Tip-A-Cop program in our restaurants seven years ago and, with the help of participating law enforcement officials, we have donated more than $2 million to Special Olympics programs across the country," Eric Houseman, president and chief operating officer at Red Robin, and Special Olympics Colorado board member said.
Law enforcement officers will serve at participating Red Robin locations from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. - 8.

- Newnan Crossing - 202 Newnan Crossing Bypass
