CLEVELAND (WKYC) -- The mother of a 3-year-old found in trash bags at a Cleveland area trash processing facility has been charged with aggravated murder.
Camilia Terry, 20, remains in police custody. She is due in court on Thursday at 8:30 a.m.
Terry was arrested Monday after the body of her son, Emilliano, was found in trash bags at a waste processing site. She initially had reported the child missing from a city park Sunday.
Investigators said the mother's story changed, leading them to suspect that she was involved. FBI agents stopped a garbage truck while searching the neighborhood and went to the trash processing location.
The medical examiner in Cleveland has completed an autopsy but no results have been released. Police have tentatively identified the body, but the medical examiner says DNA tests will be required for a positive ID.
