BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. -- An 11-year-old child was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in Bartow County on Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, the child was struck by a vehicle on Cassville Road just north of Iron Belt Road around 4 p.m.
The child was transported to a local hospital with a possible broken leg.
Georgia State Patrol is investigating the accident. No word on charges at this time.
