MILTON, Ga. -- Several cars were pulled over with flat tires on southbound GA 400 near Milton Wednesday morning.
Pieces of metal were reported on the roadway north of Windward Parkway at around 7 a.m. and a HERO unit was on the scene.
No lanes, however, were closed.
