CLEVELAND (AP) - The Cleveland Browns have signed free agent cornerback Chris Owens to a one-year contract.
Owens made one start last season for Atlanta and played in 13 games. He recorded 17 tackles and forced a fumble for the Falcons, who allowed the fewest passing TDs in the league, 14.
