SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. -- Police have issued arrest warrants for 42-year-old Matthew Terry in connection with the shooting of Shawn Crew Sunday evening.
Police say 38-year-old Crew, listed in serious condition at a hospital, was shot at around 5:30 p.m. at the Chastain Apartments on Roswell Road. Authorities say an argument led to the shooting.
Crew's four-year-old child was in the apartment at the time but was not injured. Police say the child is being cared for by the victim's family.
Sandy Springs Police spokesman Steve Rose said Terry faces charges of
aggravated assault, burglary and firearm possession. He is from New York
