CUMMING, Ga. -- A woman who went missing Monday morning was found safe in Ringgold, Ga. on Monday evening around 6:00.
According to Sgt. Ron Simmons of the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, 84-year-old Willadean Miller left her Forsyth county home in the Hutchinson Trace subdivision near downtown Cumming. She was believed to be driving a red 2004 Ford Focus with an Alabama tag 12A96N7.
Deputies had determined that she stopped for gas at a Marathon station off of Georgia 400 at Exit 14 in Cumming, and purchased a road map. They said they believed she may have been headed for Ohio.
Miller's family was reached soon after she was located, and they headed to Ringgold to picker her up.
