PHOENIX -- Jodi Arias will be in court in Arizona Monday for a hearing intended to decide the next phase of her trial.
In May, a jury convicted the California woman of first-degree murder in the killing of her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander but couldn't agree on whether to sentence her to life in prison or the death penalty.

Prosecutors must now decide if they want a new penalty phase with a new jury or if they will settle for life in prison.
