DECATUR, Ga. -- Two people are in critical condition after a shooting in unincorporated Decatur on Monday evening.
According to DeKalb County police, the shooting happened around 8 p.m. on the 2200 block of Shamrock Drive at a boarding house. Several people live in the boarding house with their own rooms but share the common area.
Authorities say an altercation occurred between three residents in the house and ended with two of the residents shot and in critical condition.
Both victims have been transported to a nearby medical center.
