STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. -- A search in Henry County for a man connected with several burglaries ended Tuesday morning in Stockbridge.

Around 11:30 a.m., officers of the Henry County Police Department were chasing the suspect, who was driving a silver Lexus.
Sgt. Joey Smith said the suspect hit a tractor trailer near Highway 42 north and Highway 138 east before continuing northbound on North Henry Boulevard. The suspect crashed as he tried to turn onto Flippen Road.
The suspect, described as a black male, was caught by officers after a running for a short time.
Smith said the man is connected to several burglaries in the Millers Mill Road area, and that the Lexus may be stolen from somewhere in Gwinnett County.
