The price listed Monday on the website is $65.
Brown told BuzzFeed.com he started wearing bow ties about six years ago after he spotted "this sweet yellow bow with blue monkeys in a menswear shop in Oxford, Miss."
He said he likes them because they stay out of the way while cooking, and because they are fashionable. "It takes a certain rakish confidence to pull it off, and I like being that guy," Brown said.
Brown said he stopped counting his own bow ties after he had collected about 200.
