Brian Dwayne Ferguson, 27, and Mandy Leanne Howard, 34, were arrested in connection with a Nov. 14 armed robbery at a Hall County Taco Bell.
GAINESVILLE, Ga. -- Deputies in Hall County have arrested two people in connection with the armed robbery at a Taco Bell restaurant on Thursday, Nov. 14.
Deputies responded to the restaurant on that day, and said witnesses reported that a man armed with a weapon had approached a vehicle in the Taco Bell parking lot. Investigators said the suspect demanded money and other valuables from those inside the vehicle before getting away on foot.
On Thursday, Nov. 21, investigators were able to make two arrests in the case -- Brian Dwayne Ferguson, 27, and Mandy Leanne Howard, 34.
Ferguson was charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count each of felony theft by taking and misdemeanor obstruction of an officer. Howard was charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count of providing false statements.
Both Ferguson and Howard were being held Friday in the Hall County Jail without bond.
