(WXIA) -- Doritos is one step closer to choosing the winner of this year's Crash the Super Bowl contest.
Every year, Doritos gives fans an opportunity to create its Super Bowl commercial. This year's winner will receive $1 million and a chance to work with the crew of the upcoming Marvel film The Avengers: Age of Ultron -- and, of course, that person's entry will air during the Super Bowl on Feb. 2.
The semi-finalists in the current Crash the Super Bowl contest were revealed Tuesday.
Fourteen of the 24 entries are from the United States. Other countries represented among the semi-finalists include Canada, Mexico, Australia, Denmark, South Africa, Israel and Hong Kong.
One of last year's top three ads, "Goat 4 Sale," was created by a metro Atlanta-based crew. Watch Goat 4 Sale.
See all the semi-finalists' submissions at doritos.com. The finalists will be revealed in early January.
