ATLANTA -- A small number of cars and trucks can be seen on metro Atlanta's roads the morning after this week's monumental ice storm that crippled the area.
Most of the areas interstate highways appear to be clear in images from 11Alive's Skycam, but on many of the highways, the right two lanes appear to be wet, while the left lanes appear to be snow or ice-covered.

In some areas, kids can be seen enjoying the snow by sledding down hills.
Temperatures are expected to get above freezing during the day Thursday, which should aid in the melting of some of the snow and ice. Officials have advised folks to remain off the streets through at least midday Thursday.
