Police Searching For Missing 14-year-old Boy

GILMER COUNTY, Ga. -- A 14-year-old boy was reported missing near Ellijay Wednesday morning, triggering a massive search.

Lt. Copeland of the Ellijay Police Department said the last time 14-year-old Josh Chastain was seen was Tuesday night at 9:30 when the family went to bed. Family members told police that Josh was missing in the morning.

About 40-to-50 people, including members of the Gilmer County Fire Department, Gilmer County Sheriff's Department and the Georgia State Patrol are searching for Josh.

Police said Josh is 5-foot 7-inches tall, and 165 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes, and he wears glasses.
