
MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) -- A Marietta group will host a Thanksgiving
Day jog and later, feed up to 2,000 homeless and needy individuals and families.
MUST Ministries will host its 7th Annual Gobble Jog Thursday.
The event will be held at the Historic Marietta Square rain or
shine and feature a 1K, 5K and a 10K run/walk and the Tot Trot, for kids 5 and under.
Each course starts on East Park Square and travels down Cherokee Street. Registration costs $25 to $45 depending on the course.
The organization will feed needy families afterward.
All proceeds benefit MUST Ministries, a faith-based organization
that, for 38 years, has provided services to people in crisis.
