Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Yani Tseng's successful title defense
Sunday at the Honda LPGA Thailand strengthened her grip atop this week's world
rankings.
Na Yeon Choi inched up to second, followed by Suzann Pettersen, who fell one
to third. Cristie Kerr, Paula Creamer, Sun Ju Ahn and Jiyai Shin held their
places from last week.
Stacy Lewis climbed one to eighth, while Ai Miyazato, who finished second to
Tseng in Thailand, jumped two to No. 9. Brittany Lincicome slipped two to
round out the top 10.
I.K. Kim slid one to 11, followed by Amy Yang, Shanshan Feng, Chie Arimura,
Ji-Hee Lee and Morgan Pressel.
Angela Stanford and Michelle Wie switched rankings this week with Stanford in
17th and Wie in 18th. Karrie Webb and Catriona Matthew also flip-flopped with
Webb now 19th and Matthew at No. 20.
