LONDON -- Chesley McNeil recently got a taste of how hard some Olympic athletes work to get to the Games.

Chesley paid a visit to London's Powerade Sports Academy, where amateur athletes from all over the world get a chance to train like Olympians. The Academy, which is sponsored by Coca-Cola, offers workout and informational sessions to participants.

Classes are led by professional athletes and former Olympians, including Brazil's José Luíz Barbosa and USA's Mechelle Lewis Freeman, who did their best to whip Chesley into shape.
