(USA Today) -- ESPN baseball analyst and ex-MLB All Star Rick Sutcliffe went on air Tuesday and demanded far more severe punishment for disgraced San Francisco Giants outfielder Melky Cabrera.

"First of all this guy is over here in the United States on a working visa and he broke the law, what's he still doing here?" Sutcliffe said on ESPN Radio. "Forget the 50 game suspension from baseball, why is he still here? That visa should be taken away and he should not be allowed to play over here again or work here again."

Cabrera attempted to avoid a 50-game suspension for testing positive for performance enhancing drugs by creating a fake website selling a fictitious product in an asinine attempt to prove he inadvertently took the PED.

The lie designed to exonerate Cabrera unraveled under an MLB investigation and has now piqued the interest of federal authorities and Sutcliffe, who was a three-time All-Star during his 18 year career.
