knocked in two runs, as the Boston Red Sox earned a 5-2 spring training win
over the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Mike Napoli made his debut in a Red Sox uniform and knocked in a run, while
Jon Lester threw three shutout innings.
Jeff Larish singled in both Pittsburgh runs in the eighth inning.
Pirates starter Jeff Locke lasted three innings and allowed four hits and
three runs.
