The firm will be paid $35 million to design and develop the new stadium. Tuesday afternoon, the firm presented two preliminary blueprints to the GWCCA, detailing two potential retractable roof designs. The presentation also laid out ideas for inside the stadium, including a lounge for fantasy football fans, a 100 yard bar and club seats that vibrate during a big play.

The blueprints are still in the very early stages, developed without input from the Falcons or GWCCA. 360 Architecture will consult with them to develop a conceptual design to be approved by early June. The conceptual design will be followed by a schematic design approval by October and design development approval by April 2014.
