Bhullar, the New Mexico State Aggies made easy work of the Missouri State
Bears, 71-51, in non-conference action at Pan American Center.
Bhullar shot 9-of-12 from the field for NMSU (6-6), while Daniel Mullings
scored 11 points. Bandja Sy grabbed nine rebounds and K.C. Ross-Miller handed
out six assists for the Aggies, who snapped a two-game losing skid.
For Missouri State (2-10), Anthony Downing scored 17 points and Gavin Thurman
came off the bench to net 10.
The Aggies shot 50 percent from the floor in the first half, while the Bears
made good on just 33.3 percent of their field goal attempts. NMSU took a 34-23
lead into intermission.
NMSU improved its shooting to 60 percent in the second half, and Missouri
State never got to within single-digits of the lead after the break.
The Aggies outscored the Bears in the paint, 30-8.
