Boise, ID (Sports Network) - Adam Muema ran for 126 yards and a touchdown on
25 carries on Saturday as San Diego State knocked off No. 19 Boise State,
21-19, at Bronco Stadium.
Walter Kazee helped out with the rushing attack for the Aztecs (7-3, 5-1 MWC),
by running for 37 yards and a key touchdown on 12 carries, while Adam Dingwell
threw for 105 yards and one interception on 12-of-18 passing.
Colin Lockett returned a kickoff 100 yards for a score and Gavin Escobar led
the receiving corps with five catches for 58 yards for SDSU, which ran its
winning streak to five straight.
Joe Southwick threw for 168 yards, one score and one interception on 20-of-31
passing, while D.J. Harper ran for 78 yards and two scores on 20 carries for
Boise State (7-2, 4-1), which lost for just the fourth time in its last 79
home games since the 2000 season.
Dan Paul caught a touchdown pass in the setback for the Broncos.
