GAC student collects toilet paper for the homeless

Student starts Love Rolls campaign

They say a child shall lead them and one young student is doing just that.

Kendall Robinson is a sophomore at Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross. After she volunteered at the Atlanta Community Food Bank this past summer, she discovered that there was one item that was was in great demand by the people that visited.  Robinson says they were grateful for the food and clothes, but the one thing they really needed was toilet paper.

So she created the Love Rolls campaign. How could just one roll of toilet paper make a difference?  Well the student body at GAC and the community have jumped on board to see how they can help.

People started talking about the concept and in addition to the piles from the students, local hotels and businesses are also participating in the project.

You could say the love is just rolling.
