New York, NY (Sports Network) - The National Basketball Association fined
Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra $25,000 for public comments criticizing
the officiating during the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Spoelstra made the comments following the shootaround which preceded
Thursday's Game 6, a 105-93 victory over the Pacers in Indianapolis.
The win sent the Heat into the Eastern Conference finals, where they will face
either Boston or Philadelphia.
