ATLANTA – 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' cast member Porsha Williams surrendered to Atlanta Police Wednesday evening on charges related to an alleged fight with another cast member on March 27. Williams was charged with simple battery.
The warrant is for simple battery.
Police said they were called to the Biltmore Hotel in Midtown Atlanta on Thursday, March 27, by 'Real Housewives' cast member Kenya Moore, who said she had been there filming episodes of the show and had been assaulted by another cast member. When police asked Moore to fill out an incident report, Moore said she couldn't because she needed to be on the set for filming.
Police gave Moore a copy of their standard witness statement along with the case number. They told her that she could file the report at her convenience.
Williams was released on $2,000 bond.
