Houston, TX (Sports Network) - The Atlanta Braves activated third basemanChipper Jones from the 15-day disabled list Tuesday, a little more than twoweeks after he had knee surgery.

He's also been added to the lineup and is scheduled to bat sixth.

Jones, who is set to retire at the end of the season, had a procedure March 26to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee.

The 39-year-old infielder is entering his 19th major league season, all withthe Braves.

Atlanta was in Houston for the second game of a three-game series against theAstros.
