CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- Bartow County Sheriff's officials have arrested three people accused of stealing cash and credit cards from Grace Baptist Church.

The robbery happened May 29. Bartow County Sheriff Clark Millsap said the thieves made off with $1,000 in cash from a safe and several church credit cards. The suspects also damaged two safes and a number of church office doors.

Three people were caught on surveillance camera trying to use the stolen credit cards. They were arrested and identified as 27-year-old Shea Howell, 30-year-old Charla Obanion and 34-year-old Kevin Harris, all of Cartersville.

The three suspects face charges of burglary and fraud. Millsap said Howell faces an additional charge of drug possession and Obanion may also face a charge related to a stolen check found in her home.
