ATLANTA -- James Williams is 11 Alive's Fugitive of the Week for June 13, 2012. Williams is wanted by the US Marshals Service for violating the terms of his probation.

Williams, age 36, was convicted of robbing the Dirty Ratt's strip club in August 2006. "Mr. Williams walked into the gentlemen's club over on Fulton Industrial Boulevard, produced a hand gun and robbed the business," Deputy US Marshal Eric Heinze said.

Williams was sentenced to serve 46 months in prison. He was released in 2010 to serve three years on probation. "Shortly after his release from prison Mr. Williams went right back into the criminal element," Heinze said.

In May 2010 Williams violated the terms of his release by committing fraud by trying to obtain a valid Georgia identification card in the name of Thomas Wise, according to Heinze.

On March 15, 2011 Williams was arrested by Atlanta Police for Robbery by Force after he stole his girlfriend's car from a gas station on Sidney Marcus Boulevard. He was also charged with Criminal Trespass and Obstruction of an Officer.

Williams was also arrested in July 2011 by Douglas County Sheriff Deputies after he made false statements to them. After that incident his probation officer issued a warrant for his arrest. "Since the probation officer issued the warrant there has been no sight or sound from Mr. Williams," Heinze said.

Now Williams joins an elite list of fugitives featured on Rowson's Crime Scene as our Fugitive of the Week. There you can email the US Marshals or contact Crime Stoppers Atlanta with a tip if you know where he is.
