Are you suffering from sticker shock at the grocery store? You can slash your grocery bill by half if you use a little strategy!

I have teamed up with some of my favorite Money Saving Bloggers from across to the U.S to help teach Grocery Saving Workshops across metro Atlanta.

Thefree class covers simple and smart coupon strategies without going to extremes as well as the best ways to organize coupons and find the ones that will save you the most money each week.

We also go over strategic shopping: areas of the store to avoid, marketing strategies that can hurt your wallet, and how to know when prices are at rock bottom and it's time to stock up. Having a stockpile can save you both time and money!

My most recent class was at Kroger in Woodstock, GA. Attendees received free workbooks and other materials courtesy of Savings.com, a Los Angeles based website thatprovides daily coupon codes, money saving blogs and a community forum for members to exchange deal information.

Attendee Ann Jones said, "We all had some good ideas and we also learned a lot," Her friend Debbie Liozzo said "I'm armed and ready to go shopping!"
