NORCROSS, Ga. -- Gwinnett County Police are trying to determine how a man whose body was found behind a building died.
The body was found at around 2:30 a.m. Monday behind a business on Technology Parkway in unincorporated Norcross.
Gwinnett Police spokesman Cpl. Edwin Ritter said the man appeared to have died from several head injuries. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
Ritter described the victim as a white man with a large frame, about 5-feet-10-inches to 6-feet-2-inches tall and 200 pounds.
While investigators did not find any identification on the man, they discovered two tattoos on his body. One of the tattoos is a tribal symbol on the man's upper arm; the other is of Mickey Mouse. Police won't say where the Mickey Mouse tattoo is located on the man's body in hopes that someone who knew the victim will be able to tell investigators where the tattoo is and identify him, according to Gwinnett County Police Cpl. Jake Smith.
Anyone with information in this case is asked to call investigators at 770-513-5300.
