Owner Alan Moore has been renovating hotels and selling the castoffs at his warehouse just off Interstate 75 for 35 years. There is a large selection of furniture but also Kitchen appliances, refrigerators, lamps and more. "We have Ritz Carlton, Marriott, Sheraton, we're doing time share resorts in Orlando right now," he said.
There is also a large supply of mirrors and wall art.
A Duncan Pfife style buffet that came from a Ritz Carloton hotel was priced at $4.99 andseveralsofas were under $200.
There are also more casual furnishingslike mini refrigerators and desks thatoffervalue for those living in dormitories and college apartments."We get a lot of college kids in here with their families to buy beds, TV's and stuff like that," said Moore.
Although bedbugs have been a problem in hotels nationwide in recent years, Moore said they have not been an issue in the 35 years he has been in business."I have 250,000 square feet of space.If anybody was going to have bedbugs, I'd be eaten up with them. We don't have any." he said.
