ATLANTA -- Nearly two years after a deadly shooting at a Summerhillrecording studio, Atlanta Police have made an arrest.

Brandon Philpot is charged with the Sept. 28, 2010 murder of Aaron Holloway at a home on Martin Street, near Fulton Street in Southeast Atlanta. The home housesFrom the Ground Up Records. Three other employees of the record company were hurt during the shooting.

Philpot was booked into Fulton County Jail on Monday. It was the 12th time he's been booked into the jail since 2008. Previous charges range from driving without a licensetobattery.

He waived his first court appearancefor this latest charge onTuesday.

Atlanta Police Investigator David Quinn is credited with staying withthe Hollowaycaseall this time, according to Atlanta Police Officer Kim Jones.
