JOHNS CREEK, Ga. -- Wilson Road in Johns Creek reopened early Tuesday morning after utility crews spent all night replacing a telephone pole broken by a fallen tree.

The tree fell during heavy rainstorms that moved through the Johns Creek areaMonday evening. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The tree toppled onto lines owned by AT&T and Comcast, which splintered the top of the pole.

Wilson Road runs in front of Wilson Creek Elementary School and stretches between Medlock Bridge and Parsons roads.
