DECATUR, Ga. -- Police have apprehended a man in connection with the robbery of a Georgia Tech student in July.

Police say they arrested 21-year-old Terrance Watley around 5 p.m. on Wednesday near the Crestview Apartments on Snapfinger Woods Drive.

Watley andSteven "Turk" Terry are accused of following students into a student housing building, pointing a gun at a student who caught them and taking the student's laptop and a cell phone.

Terry has been jailed since July 4 and wascharged withburglary, armed robbery and firearm possession in connection with the crime.

Police say Watley isawaitingextradition to Fulton County and he will be charged witharmed robbery and burglary.
