ATLANTA -- The holidays fast approach, which means Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A Inc.'s cows have a new calendar coming out and a special dessert is back on the menu.

The fast-food chain said Monday its 16th annual calendar features the "Eat Mor Chikin" cows as 12 of history's most famous monarchs -- or "moonarchs." Among the leaders featured in the calendar are Queen Isacowbella, King Herdinand, and Queen Marie Ancutlette.
You can buy the 2013 cow calendars at all freestanding or mall Chick-fil-A locations for $6 (plus tax) through early January or online.
Also for the holidays, Chick-fil-A brought back the Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake. The treat is available Nov. 5 through Jan. 14.
Chick-fil-A has more than 1,675 restaurants in 39 states and Washington, D.C. In 2011, its sales hit $4.1 billion.
