Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - Roy Hibbert had 18 points, while David West tallied 15 points and 10 rebounds in the Indiana Pacers' 99-89 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Lance Stephenson registered 16 points and seven assists, while George Hill added 13 points, eight boards and five helpers for the Pacers, who have won five of their last six games.

Paul George filled the stat sheet with 10 points, five steals, five rebounds and four assists in the victory.

Kyrie Irving had 17 points and five assists for Cleveland, which has dropped six in a row and 11 of its last 12 contests.

Cleveland's Tristan Thompson hit a short jumper, which knotted the contest at 51-51 early in the third, but the Pacers countered with an 18-4 run to seize control.

George and Stephenson had six points apiece during the surge, with George's dunk capping the outburst and making it 69-55 with 4:04 remaining in the third.

The Pacers took a 77-67 advantage into the final frame and led by as many as 18 in the fourth.

In a back-and-forth first half, the contest was tied at 23-23 after a quarter of play before the Cavs outscored the Pacers, 22-21, in the second for a 45-44 edge heading into the break.
