SANDY SPRINGS -- Sometime last Spring, the City of Sandy Springs installed a four-way stop at the intersection of Johnson Ferry Road and Wright Road/Bonnie Lane.

Most of the time, it has little impact on traffic. But during morning and evening rush, it is not uncommon to see a line of 20-30 vehicles lined up on Johnson Ferry, waiting to approach the stop sign.

Many drivers are frustrated, but even more are confused as to why the four way stop was installed at a cross street with very little traffic. So Commuter Dude was called in to get some answers.
