ATLANTA (WXIA) -A casting call message from Castrett Locke Casting has gone out looking for extras for the upcoming "Anchorman: The Legend Continues," which is set to begin filming in Metro Atlanta next month.
The casting call which was posted to Facebooksays filmmakers are looking for hairstyles and looks from the late 1970s and early 1980s - both men and women - for a period-piece shoot.
The casting notice does not mention the name of the movie, but says the director of the unnamed movie is Adam McKay, who, according to IMDB.com, is already attached as director of the upcoming Anchorman sequel starring Will Ferrell. The call closes by using the tagline from the original film, "Stay classy, San Diego."
So, for the record, they're looking for folks wihth a 70s or 80s look and are asking for three clear photos along with height, weight, age and phone number for consideration. Dance experience should be noted, the notice says. In addition, they'll pay extra to folks with cars from that era.
