DECATUR, Ga. -- Andrea Sneiderman returned to court Wednesday afternoon for a motions hearing.

She is accused of plotting with Hemy Neuman to kill her husband Rusty outside a Dunwoody daycare center in 2010. Neuman was convicted of shooting Rusty and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Sneiderman's attorneys argue that 13 of the 16 charges she faces should be thrown out because the indictment is too vague.

However, charges related to Rusty Sneiderman's murder are not being contested.

Sneiderman's trial is scheduled to begin in July.
