Witnesses described the suspects as Hispanic men in their late teens or 20's. They were dressed like plant workers -- blue jeans, hooded sweatshirts and hairnets.

The suspects got away in a 1994-1998 green Chevrolet Cavalier.

The sheriff's office is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in Sanchez's death.
