ATLANTA -- The newest model from Porsche is eminently affordable but won't be setting any land-speed records.

The German automaker with North American headquarters in Atlanta ismaking a Go-Kart that will put children as young as 5 behind thewheel of a sporty Porsche machine.

Pedal-powered and weighing in at 55pounds, the Go-Kart has an MSRP of $900 and can accommodate children upto 5 feet in height and 110 pounds. The Go-Kart will be available fromparticipating authorized Porsche dealers and on the internet at porsche.com/shop.

Porsche Cars North America Inc. broke ground on its new headquarters inAtlanta in November 2012 and will move from its Sandy Springsheadquarters to the 26-acre campus near the airport upon completion.
