STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. -- Police in Henry County have found a missing 16-year-old girl who they said has Asperger's Syndrome.

Julia Palmer went missing from her home on Spring Valley Circle in Stockbridge just after midnight Thursday.

She was found at around 9 p.m. Thursday walking down Stagecoach Road in Clayton County.

Henry County Police Sgt. Joey Smith said Palmer was dehydrated, but otherwise uninjured. She could not tell police why she got home or how she made it to Clayton County.

This isn't the first time she's disappeared. She went missing back in April.
