After striking the victim with his vehicle, Bush drove over the victim and then stopped. He then placed the vehicle in reverse and then backed over the victim who was lying in the roadway. Bush then put the vehicle in drive and drove over the victim again. The car remained on top of the victim until Johnson removed Bush from behind the wheel of the car.

"The victim was still under the vehicle when police arrived," said Lt. Paul Guerrucci. "All of the specifics are still under investigation."

The victim was then taken to Grady Hospital where police said he was in "extremely critical condition" for several fractures and a lacerated liver.

A Fulton County arrest warrant was obtained and served to Bush for aggravated battery.

Other charges may be sought after blood and urine test are completed.
