Dorothy Brown contacted Commuter Dude when her cries for help went unheard.

Commuter Dude contacted Dekalb County and got a promise that the issues would be addressed in about two weeks.

Crews were on the scene and repaired the potholes in less time than that.

"It's about time," said one commuter. "They've been like that for too long."
