ATLANTA -- It was a busy day for shoppers around the metro, trying to find the best deals.

Things got out of hand at a Walmart in Chamblee, but most other stores reported no major issues.

After the initial rush late Thursday night, things calmed down until the second round of deals began Friday morning.

Some stores are offering deals through the entire weekend, and Saturday is Small Business Saturday, a push to get people to shop at locally owned businesses.

And of course, Monday is the day known as Cyber Monday, when you'll find many online retailers offering big discounts.
